Has anyone told the housing minister that CLCs have said they can’t do the work that TAAS does? Has anyone told the housing minister (only about a hundred times!) that the RTA cannot do what TAAS does? This is simply bad government.

Tim Mander is either deliberately misleading the facts to support his argument or he does not have an understanding of housing problems facing the community. I’m inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt regarding being misleading but he seriously needs to reach out and discuss this important issue with people who know the damage that can be done if tenants are left without advocacy. And I’m not talking about the ‘hollow men’ from vested government and business interests.
